French Coffee - Batel Al Khair

Preparation Method (General):

Put the desired amount of coffee in a pot.

Add cold water to taste (preferably filtered water).

If you prefer sweetened coffee, add sugar to taste.

Place the pot over low heat, stirring continuously until the coffee begins to boil.

Remove the pot from the heat before it boils completely and let it stand for a minute to allow the foam to settle.

Pour the coffee into cups and serve with water or dates, as desired.
